steve_b_wales
Can Corvids (Jackdaw's mainly) be fitted easily to the above flapper? I've read that it is designed for solely for pigeons.
Old Boggy
I don`t see why not Steve, they will surely fit on OK, but I`m not sure that the speed would be too fast. Not having used flappers for anything but pigeons, perhaps someone who has, would be better to give a definitive answer. Sorry that I cannot be more helpful. OB I agree that the speed would be too fast for Corvids. There's a turbo model available which has a remote and variable speed built in. I do have a speed controller (non remote though) and an intermittent timer that I could add to the basic model, or just buy the turbo one and be done with it. Thanks for your input. 1 hour ago, peejay said: yes pal... ideal if you slow the flap speed down... 8 shot
Yes ! I use one for pigeons,Crows,Rooks and Jackdaws you can get extensions for Rook and Crow wings to spread them slightly wider but a slow/low speed is more important iv'e the remote fob so can experiment without leaving the hide. I find Jackdaws fairly easy to decoy with just a few decoys anyway

I'll probably get the FF6 Turbo.
dipper
Always found jackdaws the easiest of the crow tribe to decoy or call .

I very rarely shot pigeons due to the lack of them on my permissions, and concentrate on Corvids. A 'normal' flapper would be okay for them.
