ditchman Posted January 11, 2023 Report Share Posted January 11, 2023 (edited) thats proper british food..........the other chips i like is what me nan used to do.....sliced boiled pots then dipped in a thick batter.....we used to have that with a nice bit of battered fish done in the big frying pan.........the batter on the chips used to "hold" the vinegar.......
