Well the wife has wanted a scotch terrier for some time now. Sow with her cutting down on work before retirement we have taken the plunge. So we will collect Toto (not my choice of name) in three weeks. How times have changed the last pup I bought back in the mid 70s the choice of dog food was Chappie ore chum, now you have wet or dry, puppy, small, medium, large dog. The list is endless so it’s time to embrace the modern way of pet ownershipIMG_1282.jpg.68bbece1ce67947c915b705759aa5518.jpg

Well done, you don’t see many Scotties about now.
I think Toto is Swahili for a small insect?

Just glad she she did not call him jock.

Chappie always smelt fishy to me back in the 70s

Chappie WAS fishy in the 1970’s. I see they now do a complete dry Chappie in my local pet shop. Never tried any, now feeding raw minced beef.

My mum fed her dogs on tripe and a pigs head on occasion for a treat
