dob Posted March 20, 2023 Report Share Posted March 20, 2023 Hi all, I am renewing my firearms ticket but might start reloading in the future , do I have to apply for an explosive certificate in my renewal application or will my firearms ticket be ok to buy and keep small quantities of powder ?Many thanks . Iainb Posted March 25, 2023 Report Share Posted March 25, 2023 You will need a storage box for BP and derivatives, for nitrocellulose powders you don't need an explosive license, but if you do these are free to apply for through your local firearms licensing department.
