Gameking Posted December 1, 2023 Report Share Posted December 1, 2023 Whilst I fully agree that the technical definition of a PIE is a fully 'clothed' item with pastry (Shortcrust, not the soft, Southern , Shandy Drinking , Pouf 😁 pastry you get in gastropubs, a hollow pillow of fresh air 3 inches thick on top of a dish with 2 pieces of beef and no kidney 🙄 Sometimes you may not need it ...........................................
