Jim Gunner Posted February 11 Report Share Posted February 11 I can't sit down and watch TV like I did when I was younger anymore. I find it's a pattern of gambling sites, furniture sales, cologne, bingo, cars and some app for you to make money with, then repeat. ITV is amongst the worst offenders. These days we only turn the thing on to watch something specific that we know is on, then we turn it off. Although, the irn-bru christmas advert deserves a special mention for being funny. Maybe if there was some genuine humor in what we're exposed to, we might be less opposed to it. That and it has to be truthful, obviously.
