roadkill
Well i got a call off Autoculto to say that the farmer had ploughed the maze in his last field and that the pigeons were hitting it hard . So we met at 6.45 Saturday morning and off we went to set up . Matt had one end of the field and i had the other . I set up pigeons to the right of my hide and some crow decoys to the left hand side . after about 5 mins i had already taken down 6 crows and thought this was going to be a great day ahead of us . I think i had another 3 crows and that was it the sky's were clear . So after a coffee i began to sit and wait i could hear Matt cracking a few off and i also bagged one of the Pheasants he missed that flew right down the field and straight in front of my sights ... After a few hours we packed up and went hedge walking , We managed to flush out a few rabbits and a couple more pheasants so all in all a great morning then after my lesson on how to butcher yesterday by Mr Autoculto himself, i had a go then after a few hours in the oven with a bit of stuffin and bacon then all we need now is a few side trimmings and its good enough to feed four

WeihrauchPower
First of all, well done! Second of all, where's the gravy? And finally, those sprouts look set to kill! A tip for the sprouts, cut them in half and remove the bottom part (as you would a tiny cabbage), thinly slice the half and fry for no longer than a minute-minute and a half in butter (just quickly sautee). Any longer and you'll release sulphur (hence that typical smell, horrible grey colour and well known result when eaten ).

Mungler
So, the trick is to hang your cock for a few days until it gets a bit smelly / ripe and then wrap it in bacon? I see.
