I did a similar thing with a one week out of season deer. Four weeks later I had a call from the Police Wildlife Crime Officer as someone had reported me for shooting out of season deer. She was quite sharp with me to start with until I managed to convince her that it was not at all illegal, but she knew so much about the subject that she had to go away and check and call me back.

👍  This one is still in season but a tad later than we are allowed  to shoot

Well done that man  perhaps if we come across the same situation take a picture on you phone or any other device as your proof.

As  shown someone will  cause you trouble but who wants to see a creature suffer and show's we do care

Who said antything about shooting with thermal it was a Hikmicro Alpex A50 with a Dragonfly IR

And whats wrong with shooting thermal i have shot  Boar with thermal not a problem 

if i could put up video i would show you identification is as cleare as a bell

Minor almost negligible damage. It’s grass ***, it will grow back.

 

i think people jump at any opportunity to label them vermin and treat as such.

That so called grass is on a camping field that young children use and they dont want it damaged or Boar turning up when they are on the fields if you dont like the post jog on
