All sensible questions as that is something I have never tried . without basket long spoon put on a piece of kitchen paper towl let the oil cool a bit before you add the egg it will bubble&squeak a bit...wait until it goes a little crispy at the edge..then remove just crack the egg close to the oil so it dont splash Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That look a breakfast and a half , a very full English and what lorry men would die for , maybe some have already died after eating to many breakfast's like that , but after all , eat what you enjoy .
