A post about kebabs reminded me that I haven't done them in a while, so - tonight's kebabs - 3 photos, before cooking, cooked (oven) and plated with a salad, potato salad, beetroot, red cabbage and artichoke hearts.  And a glass of "good cheer".

Lovely.....................:good:

I must admit it worked well.

Used a Nadia Hussain (Schwarz) spice mix and garlic olive oil to marinade the chicken since this morning.  On skewers with flat mushrooms, baby tomatoes, red pointed peppers, green peppers and halved shallots, brushed (inc veggies) with the leftover marinade and cooked in the oven for around 20 minutes until the chicken was 80 C in the middle.

Your link doesn't work for me.

Search for this in Amazon. "Aceshop BBQ Kebab Rack, Barbecue Skewers and Rack Set 23 cm" - currently £6.99.  I just put the rack and skewers on a baking tray in the oven with some baking paper to catch the drips and make the washing up easier.

Or this might work;

No that link just comes back here like your first one did.

Not sure why that should be - both work for me and are to Amazon UK.  Suggest search as above for "Aceshop BBQ Kebab Rack, Barbecue Skewers and Rack Set 23 cm"
