And yet we choose to have choose to give up our influence on our own future. 🤣

It's clear immigration has increased directly as a result of Brexit. :sad1:

Its clear that our economy has declined as a direct result of Brexit. :sad1:

It's clear our personal freedoms are restricted as a direct result of Brexit. :sad1:

I rest my case.

I don't accept any of those points

It's clear we had no ability to influence our own future while we were part of  the EU . Our hands were tied in every way. And we were paying shed loads of money for the privilege

Immigration has increased its true but how do you link that to Brexit?

The world economy has declined but how you link that to Brexit is clearly not supported.

What personal freedoms have we lost? None that I can see

I rest my case

Read the above evidence. Look at the breakdown of stats from home office on immigration and OBR or Bof E for economy. Personal freedoms are obvious, we cannot go and visit the EU for longer than 3 months, we cannot work there, we cannot let your kids there on exchange.

Present some evidence to the contrary if you have some.

I know what you mean but exchange and movement breaks down the them and us culture. What a shame that many cannot now retire to the sun and enjoy the lifestyle available to their parents.

I agree, I've got a while to go to retirement but I was planning a potential move to France when I got there.

If only being an EU member could go back to being a trade block with similar economic countries, I think the UK population would jump at it. We simply do not want to give up being a sovereign country, regardless of financial benefits or not.
