North Norfolk Ammo retailers

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

I have just moved to North Norfolk, and Im looking for places to buy ammo from in bulk, (1000-1500 rounds).

I currently buy alI my ammo off Just Carts (Which is fine for the variety of ammo they sell!), and the delivery has now gone upto £20. so looking to buy locally....I know that Woods of Swaffham are just down the road.

Does anyone have any little secret places that sell them?

Factoring in time, fuel, effort, sometimes just your local shop is the best choice as it supports local and keeps a gunshop alive.

TGS is often £5 more expensive than Greenfields per thou locally to me, but there's 20 miles each way plus time involved.

Woods of Swaffham also carry them to your car for you, little nice value add!

When I was in that part of the country, Woods on Carbrooke Road at Ovington were the "go to" place.

Not sure if they are still in business, their phone number is 01953 881223.

Good luck

Lings is a bit hit and miss, sometimes its rammed with carts sometimes sparse. Phil Webster is quite a trek from north norfolk but always has good stock, he's my go to but is near my work so easy for me. Churchills also normally have plenty of carts in.

Jeez, I went there about 10 years ago and it looked like the place hadn't been open for decades. I eventually found the old boy who seemed quite put out that I'd called in to his supposedly open shop.

That's the place.

I wonder how Bobby got on wherever he went?
