He and a couple of mates are off to Nürburgring this weekend, "just for a bit of fun" They have bought themselves a 3 litre BMW and are taking it on a trailer" just in case". he has been before but in his own car so was a bit wary. Last few years he has sailed his boat in the Fastnet race, done a lot of Go-Cart racing, lots of track days on his Ducati  and this year competed and finished in the IOW boat race when most competitors retired due to gales. When will he slow down he's 63? makes me feel old just watching him. Oh hang on a bit!😁

63 , I recon he have got another seven years , then he will settle down doing what he like doing best without taking up any more scary pursuits , gentle one's like sky diving he might well do but age will catch up with us all at some time in our lives and nobody is exempt so do whatever you want to do while your body can still do it , I was thinking applying to become a paratrooper , but come to think of it I don't like going up a pair of steps now so I might give that idea a miss . .......... for the time being
