this was really tasty...i rolled the chicken in Tandorri spice and fried them gently before added to thye final mix....

i rolled the chicken bits in plain tandorri powder just as an experiment ...then fried gently.......and surpise suprise it worked really well...just got to keep the heat down

THANKS for the update , I used to have the odd Chinese meal with no problems but many years ago I had to take some pain killers for a bad back and the tablets took a small piece of lining off my stomach , now later on in life I suffer if I eat anything like Simon have just created , I might well be alright but I can find enough of the plain type of food so that is the reason I pass on those sort of meals .   MM

Be interesting to find if it's Spice or Acid that creates problems for you, it's seems a shame to be denied some of the amazing varieties of flavours out there. I admire you for sticking to plain foods - you have far more restraint than I have.
