Is this only for select few or would it possible if I got an invite ? , I will need to know if I need any special clothing with the shops shutting early tomorrow , as I feel the cold a lot I cannot wear a kilt and I could get a doctors note to confirm it if needed , apart from that I am eager to take part and can supply a few packs of Pigs in blankets near the s b d  for the nibbles , for the music I have got a scratched copy of Andy Stewart sing Donald Wheres Yer Trousers and a Betamax tape of the White Heather Club in the early 70s , so as you can see I am already getting excited and any more information will be very , very welcome .  :drinks:

You'll just need to wear your long socks to keep warm . Those thigh length ones that you wore for ditchmans birthday party  , the ones that look a bit like a fishing net .👍

Sadly I have only got one long sock left , the other one was torn away from my body as a reminder of one of the best nights they have ever had in there long lives , I know something , they were the best tube of Smarties I have ever had , they told me they were special edition ones and would leave you wanting more , hopefully you might have some  .:drinks:

Very glad I knocked it on the head early last night.    :w00t:

Yea I backed out in the end due to windy conditions , on myself and not on the roads I am talking about , it sound like a good party but after I have had a cup of hot Horlicks and a walk around my crescent at a little after ten then my party days are long over .

I was in bed at 11.30 , and then all the happy people woke me up at midnight with fireworks. 😁

Thankfully no fireworks (that I heard) far too windy.

I looked out of the bedroom window , and the horizon was ablaze . I love it to be honest Dave.

It was also quite sad . Over the last five years all of the neighbouring houses have been bought by Asians,  so my street was in darkness with no fireworks at all.

They do it at a different time of year.

I gave ALL my display stuff away to my eldest Son and then found out his girlfriend doesnt like them. WHOOPS!
