We are having pork ribs tomorrow, so they are in the slow cooker overnight, to be crisped up in the air fryer tomorrow.

im beginning to hear that being in possesion of an air fryer is upsetting the house insurance companies as there have been an upsurge in fires due to the improper use of air fryers...........

if you have an air fryer i would advise you to contact your insurance company and ask for an update on their stance of air fryers within the property............

dont ask for a link as i havt got one

I heard that during the week on the box , I have just got my house insurance quote in today and the amount of small print is getting bigger and bigger , as you know I didn't read all the small print before I tried to claim on the insurance ( Aviva ) when I had my underground leak last year , I thought house insurance covered your house but to my cost it done no such think , it make me wonder what is covered and it is in the book somewhere that came with my quote , mind you, time I read all that it will need to renewing again . :hmm:

That looks like a very very tasty meal to me .

I reckon air fryers must be much safer than normal cookers , as they turn themselves off.

its how they are used and where they are being sited......there have been several claims of serious fires in the kitchen because the main cooker has been accidently turned on thus setting fire to the air fryer..........

insurance companies are always looking to get out of paying up......but have no problem accepting payments

Got it .  If that's the case , you'd think that slow cookers must be exactly the same risk.

The riskiest part of most thing is the human involved .

That's true enough mate . They're just like a bookmaker,  but they have the option of saying no.
