I think your right about the indications that the mange fox gives - would still be worthwhile monitoring a little though, just in case it was a one off. What role are you using it in, are you using it to look for foxes and only turning on the lamp for the final shot? Are you using a seperate IR source and if not how far does the inbuilt one go?
