Good write up John. I think your right about the indications that the mange fox gives - would still be worthwhile monitoring a little though, just in case it was a one off. I still say you must farm foxes, not sheep though! :good:

Excellent john your really taking off with that beauty of a setup now......foxes in connemara beware :D

Can you and the other fella keep the tails you get from now on i might come up with the lads in feburary :yes::D

I got three vixons lamping with a mate last night seen a load of them too and knocked another in a bog at 190yrds but could not find the ******...spent ages looking ran out of battery power and very very nearly got lost and just about found the jeep :good:

Hey John,

 

Sorry for getting back to you so late but how is the night vision working out. What role are you using it in, are you using it to look for foxes and only turning on the lamp for the final shot?

 

Are you using a seperate IR source and if not how far does the inbuilt one go?
