Markio
Well not new, but new to me, a Browning Ultra XSH. No idea what the difference is between an XS and XSH, I asked at the time and promptly forgot. Can anyone tell me? Anyway, it’s not without its dings in the wood work (most noticeable in the second picture just behind the action) but its all wear and tear and something I can live with when buying a second hand gun. All in all I’m really pleased with it. 30†barrels, adjustable stock & trigger position. Feels like a really nice solid gun. I don’t know about fit but it seems to come up to and slot into the shoulder well and with the adjustable comb I can actually see the rib. It seemed quite heavy when I first picked it up but well balanced once mounted (ooeer). The only downside (if that) is a few of the Midas chokes have seen a heavy hand, so for the sake of aesthetics I might replace sometime soon. Did try a Miroku which felt much like the Browning but fixed and I also tried a berretta but as I’d noticed on a few other it felt very slender just didn’t feel right in my left hand (LV feel free to jump in anytime). **** it, was the final decision making process, I can always sell it on if I don’t get on with it. If i do badly at High lodge in 2 weeks in sure i can muster an excuse about the difference in flux capacitance between this and my previous gun. Hunter
Now thats darn nice.. Most of my guns are synthetic plastic
Mungler
Phil, It only counts for synthetic shotguns and if you have gingey hair.

Did Hunter take umbridge that you'd ousted as a closet traffic warden *** Mod sympathiser? And it'll only help my shooting as long as they are all easy targets. Hunter
Hahaha my hair is blonde (not sure if thats a good thing). Although tactical type stocks are great, they do lack the lively wood feel and look.
