henry d
It could be a key-logger either with the ticket people or even on your computer.
Peter De La Mare
You'll get it all back. I've never heard of anyone being reimbursed for what is a failure of the bank's security systems. 3 months ago someone was running amok with my debit card and spend £6k of my money. I got it all back, though I had to wait a month for it.
esselie
That is seriously bad news. I've had money spent on my card but not by me and i got money bank but it was only few hundred but got back within month or so.

Supersonic
You wait til you are married mate - it'll disappear even faster! Seriously mate, sorry to hear of it. happens all too often now. When buying online or over the phone always use a credit card, they are better covered. Well have you downloaded any stuff like music or films from the net? Or opened any emails that you did not recognise? Do a anti-virus scan and spyware scan. myzeneye
sorry to hear youve had it done to you mate, like you say, you think it'l never happen...... makes you wonder if it would be worth having a separate account for on-line transactions and just transfer the amount you need into as and when required.... that way your not handing over the details of your current/saving account..... im certainly gonna give it some thought.... i bank online and its certainly VERY useful... the security with it seems o.k, not had any probs yet.... (touch wood) so if the only details you ever hand over are the ones to your special online outgoing payment account, no one should ever have access to your important detail... if anyone see's any floor in my plan, please let me know before i go into the bother of changing everything.... Axe
FM, I never use my Debit Card online, instead I use a credit card, which effectively isn't my money. I know that doesn't help you know, but worth considering once you have sorted it. I hope it all works out to your satisfaction.

Lloyd90
Sorry to hear that mate , dont get too stressed about it, the bank should be able to get it all bak and should resolve it. These are the type of people that should come under the home offices guidelines of "Vermin" then we could get out and do a bit more "vermin control" in our spare time
