After the rain dryed up yesterday me and a m8 decided to go out lamping. so because of the cold we decided to do a bit of ratting round the barns at a dissused farm. we got there and met up with meinderby who wanted to come and have a mooch around so set the rapid 7 up on the field at the back and went onto the farm barns.the farmer has put all new roller shutter doors and locks on the barns and hasnt told us ******....luckily id bought the .223 and my .22wmr with me as its a hot spot for foxes aswell. so put the rapids away and got the tikka out managed 4 foxes all together first 1 was shot at 8.30 at around 100yrds.second was around 9.30 120ish yards and the 3rd at 10pm around 100yards it was that clear you could see there silohets through my smidt and bender scope without the lamp. i then took a shot at a fox that i missed but it must of been 250+yards and was having none of it. i called it a day at the piece of land and drove over to some stables i shoot .as i drove through a houseing estate i saw 3 foxes and thought ****** there all on here. any how pulled into the yard and saw a fox scurry of in the head lights so chased itdown and it was on a field makin a run for it i gave it a squeak and it stopped and turned. BOOM sent a hornady through its chest making 4 foxes turned out to be the best night on the foxes for me so far.anyhow heres the pics
