seisobs
Out in the FRC this morning, nice weather so decided to trawl a lure while we were on our way to the tail of the cables (8K behind us) Hit into this Dorado, took 20 mins to get in, what a fight! The cooks filleted it and cooked the fillets in tinfoil parcels with butter, oinion and garlic, absolutely delicious.

libs
Spent a day trawling in barbados a few years ago, brought in a 30lb Kingfish. Most exhillerating(spell?) feeling as you see the blue flashes behind the boat. Looks great, and Dorado/dolphin/mahi-mahi is my favourite sea fish to eat, shame its so hard to find in the UK.
