chrispti
Any one going to take the plunge and get the new caliber .14? On the first of April is the launch date, if you purchase a tub of their pellets or ''darts'' as they've been named you get a free barrel inset Apparently it flys flatter than the .177. There is no hold over from 15 to 50 yrds and retains more energy at 50yrs than a .

unclemicky
Just got it , I've taken myself into a quiet room and words like "idiot" and "stupid boy" were used
airssassin
Apparently, these .14 pellets give you better penetration whilst also delivering more "knock down" power. The tragectory is not flatter but totally flat and totally unaffected by wind - it's a good job otherwise you could end up shooting yourself in the ar$e with the optional heat seeking teflon encased pellets! I can't wait until April 1st!

Billy.
As funny as the joke might be, there does actually exist a .14-222, which is an 11grn .14 bullet, which is seated into a necked down .222 case. Not bad eh, >>LINKY<<

casts_by_fly
there are actual 14 caliber centerfires. There is the 14 walker hornet, the 14-222, and a bunch of others based around full length and shortened hornet, fireball, and 222/223 casings. The best place for tiny cartridge info is saubier.com. It is the small caliber forum. Thanks, Rick
