Spaniel
Well i did give it ago once and i mean once. Caught a nice eel down at Ladybay and thought i would eat it, stuck it in the microwave and to be honest when it came out it was pulsating as if it was still alive never again Now Conger is a different story, lovely chunks of white meat

swift4me
Cut up into chunks then sauteed with garlic and parsley. Classic dish here in the Basque country. Anguille persillade. Eels only look strange on the outside... like some women. But its what's inside that matters.

fatcontroller
Jellied eel, bit of salt plenty of white pepper Nice. Mind Pie and mash is better, but it's got to be from the East End in London coz it just don't taste the same out of London. Leytonstone High Rd is the best. Jellied eels first, then double pie mash and liqure. FC.
