sorry, you have well lost me. lol I have a reading from 34 days ago and it says it was 99684. the reading on the first photo, from the majority was 00530 so in theory it gives me a 33 day reading to yesterday. reading before was 18 october. giving a usage of 846 KwH for that period of 33 days. braking it down to a daily use of 25.64. so approxmatly 1KwH per hour. 3 bed house, 2 kids. Gas heating so no hot water tank. seams a rather lot to me. best check me loft to see if there is any grow lights up there. lol

just found a british gas minim reader so plugged it in have set it up so will see what happens over the next 24 hours. we are home all day so the electric is used, just the meter reading looked wrong. im still disputing the readings. i will try and phone BG and say something is wrong. we used 17kwh yesterday in a 24 hour period so dividing into the 846 units used since the last reading, would make it 50 days worth. not the 33 that days from lasting reading to this one. time will tell, weekends will be the one i think when the kids are home all day

just checked now and 17KwH used in 24 hours. Kids and there electronics, wife and hers and my chiller and freezers running. just gone back over the bills i have and looks like they, have been cocking it up for a long time.

I use it, it is zipped up and i have setting for different groups so i can write some thing so just one group see or post to all friends. i do not allow contact from any one other than friends or show profile. ok on occasions i forget get to click on the group and post public, have to delete and edit but on the whole i like to think im hidden, or a sleeper.

just gone right back with all the meter readings they, BG, have done and they have been counting the 1/10, even though it says not to. then it is noted they they haven read the meter for 2 years even though someone has been in the cupboard every few months. to late now as we cant work out whats going on so will run it at 00530 and 0/10 with the new supplier the reading is going in 00530 and will have to put up with the 800KwH use for the month. Lesson learnt, read my own meter and dont rely on one persons thoughts. You know every 3 months this post is coming back up with a photo. lmao. thanks gents for your help All the best Phil.

cant be 1 as its before the 1. i thought 530 but the left dial, is it on the zero or just before as it could be 90530 or 00530. im lost lol wish i had as its costing a piggin fortune. last reading was 18 oct and was 99684, so said.

Having problems reading the electric meter. always have, but it seams the meter reading man is as well. over the last 5 years we have had some real stupid reading. we are moving to another company and have to read the meter our selves now. great, i cant even get in the box let alone read it. i have taken a photo as i have no idea what the reading should be. Can someone help please. as it dosent marry up with the old reading thanks guys.

have a look at contrywide stores. if your paying the delivery from JC then CW it the same but thier new cartridge list is a little cheaper.

few differences to the chinkies T20 4 setting looks different in the tail switch different inside the head different battery not the same as the wolfeye hunter on their site. but worth a punt to see if it works as a dona unit as the T20 is getting harder to find at the right price.

Dave, you shouldn't be getting a raised centre on machining the face of the pill. try dot drilling to the correct depth first and then cut from outer edge to centre. make sure the tip of the cutter is bang on centre, a little high and it will push the cutter back off the work piece. i know my smaller watchmakers lathes use to do this if i didn't keep a sharp cutter and shim to the right height. i like to use HSS or cobalt cutters on brass and aluminium for the home machine shop on a budget they seam to fit in well but have to shim every time on the smaller lathes. the boxford is easy as it has a 3 way denford tool post with all the cutters set ready to go. all best Phil.
