Can you tighten the square bolt that sits up against the spring. this adds a little more to the pull weight. If you had of brought your rifle over i would have dont it for you.lol i have the left overs of the kit here. i only used the first spring. no creep shim needed.

just be a little careful with this one. he says Europe so no duty but all mine came from the USA and i was hit with import duty. i mailed, moaned and got the duty refunded. im good at moaning. well practiced.

Forget the rod in a 22lr. not needed. its about the only time i use a bore snake. pull though with a spot of cleaner on the front of the rope and a spot ob oil on the back end. after a damp night rabbiting session i like a little oil on inside and out. but only a very thin film.

The vets we use are spot on. never had an issue with costing, often told the name and where to source the drugs from at the right prices. had bits sorted out without charge. the same practise but 3 different vets, all very happy with and would recommend to anyone.

Looking good. Like figgy says, get it up off the floor will save problems later. I lift mine with 2" stainless box that i used as washers for when bolting the sides to the base. makes it easier to wash the urine away without trapping under the metal work. only thing i couldn't sort was a drain for the waste to flush down. why would you want to stick a bullet in backwards, i never did understand that. that's like using a chisel as a screwdriver.lol if you want a light load for fox in a 6.5 melk then dont bother . we all run 6.5's. there like the 22lr, or cricket balls. I found Speer hotcore 120 to work well as they kept popping and going off like a handgranade, shrapnel everywhere and at times 4 exit holes. im not using 140 sst and get on well with them fox falls over fallow have a nice bleed out hole without much bruising. i zero at 138 (30mm over@100) and that gives me a 4" PBZ to 197 if you are to believe sierra infinity program. reason i use is the recoil is minimal. Im thinking of adding a 243 to the box but trying to get it running on 58gn or even 75 at a push. i want it mainly for fox under night vision but then if need be i can take a roe in the daylight hours.
