Amber or none. I find if they are lamp shy then any light will make them run.
-
Have you tried eBay?
-
I loved mine, very fast to shoot. Sorry I sold it.

+1 for stormsure just bought some to repair my Barbour. This is why I only buy cheap wellies now, because they all rip/ puncture the same. The main thing for me is that they fit comfy and dont flop when lamping lol
-
Hope all these best wishes/ luck sent your way work. Good luck mate

As above, if put on the general licence and allowed to shoot them then numbers will lower instead of a mass cull just in the same way as foxes. Controll numbers but not wipe out. Numbers have definitely exploded, see more dead on roads than pheasants these days lol

Cheap comfortable ones they all rip the same. I have had expensive ones and the price tag does not always make them better. Sometimes your just paying for the name. Shop around and try them on.

Don't make my mistake. I paid for stepsons car and repairs. Not a chance of any money back. The more you do for them the more they expect. I know its hard but write it off and let him stand on his own two feet.

I agree, if I was going to push it any further I would use 50g

I tried all the methods on my .223. Shade on lamp, re position lamp, cover mod with sock and then neoprene cover etc etc etc. But the only thing that worked was the cover extending over the front of the scope. Now got a lightforce lamp sat on top of the scope with no signs of glare at all.
-
It is reflecting off your mod. Make a tube with a plastic plant pot and slide it onto the front of your scope, sticking out about 6". It's the only thing that worked on mine.

They are not too heavy to carry around either.

I set zero at 100yds because I will not be shooting foxes much more than that. My personal furthest fox was 210yds with 40g and straight shot.
-
As above think it is 1 in 12, same with amo. Just point n shoot. With 40 grain it was flat at 200yds. can't fault mine and

I put a camp blind behind my Clearview net. Works well. Also sometimes add a fishing umbrella to cast a shadow over the hide.
