I have in the past used review sites to my advantage. It really gets the attention of those who have done you wrong. One stupid firm threatened to sue me for the poor reviews and I told them I would see them in court and let the Judge decide whether I was correct. They eventually saw my point of view and asked what I wanted? I offered to remove the poor reviews once the money was transferred and I was happy. Took a while at the computer but is not difficult and is very worthwhile. Good luck
