  1. Bosher. I really do hope you get a sale but, if you do strip it for metal bits-could I please buy the handle. Bryan.
  2. Thanks Mate. Not my job as such but I can't help trying to help if you get my drift. Seems like a good investment bearing in mind most cars seem to have them there ECU things these days, mine has somewhere.
  3. Mr Hayburn. You have me worried. Would you ellaborate please. Are you saying that the surge protector goes on the car with the good battery and then take the clips off the rescued car first. I have never been taught the proper way and my employers sometimes ask me to help. One car, brand new played up-Porche 4x4 and there was nowhere to put clips on the battery. It had connection points on the bulkhead. I worry now about their expensive cars with fancy electronics. Do we now need this pretector thing to hang on the wall with the jump leads?

    Mr Letwin

Th free**** army supported by the handwringers are the problem in my opinion.
  5. I'm up for renewals next year,I will give them an extra quid for the bullet used. A £ well spent compared to the cost of feeding him in prison. Another thing,if it turns out they were planning a terror attack, then we will be saying "what a good bit of policing" It's gun owners like him that make it hard for all of us and if it was a blank firer it should have been painted pink,so he was in the wrong whichever way you look at it.
  6. Not Isis. We are at war with the people that REALLY run the plannet.

If it were not for NF, DC would not be pretending to renegotiate.
  15. I have a rusty spade in the shed.
  16. In case you don't know it. If you are pouring concrete under/around the tank,I believe you need to put some water in it to stop it floating.
  17. f. I just could'nt believe my eyes, thought I must have immagined it.
  18. Bearing the above in mind,I will watch it today and take note. I think I agree with the Americanism part. If these wounded veterans are brave enough and willing enough to be "gawped" at then surely they act as a lesson to us all, "lest we forget" I'm not picking on you Ditchy. Bryan.
  19. As Fisher and figgy said. Membrane on the warm side. And the washing machine will make condesation in there as will wet game so ventilation would be a good idea. Get air vents with fine gauze to eliminate flies and install an electric fly zapper.
  20. Tapes received. Thanks Mate. It's funny how things come around. Many years ago I couldn't afford or justify the expenditure for the ECCO Classic stalking. I went to Witham library and requested them and got lucky. Although I was told they were VERY expensive a chap in their Colchester branch who did the buying happened to be interested in stalking. Six months later I fancied watching them again and they were transported to Witham for me to watch for the second time. I noticed that they had not been stamped very often,so not popular-or not deemed PC. Several years went by and having a pooter by this time I looked on the libraries website thinking of requesting them again only to find no listing for them. So I suspect someone got his private collection boosted. I well chuffed now anyway. Thanks for the deal Sako.

  22. Guys. I don't think he's actualy paying out cash to get the digger. He said he might "hore" one.
  23. Mate. For heavens sake get someone in who knows what he's doing. The tank is expensive to replace if damaged. It probably needs a slab of concrete under it and loads of stone infill around it. A good operator will know what to do and how to do it. And will have a laser level and pump if the hole starts filling with water. You will have enough to do with handtools etc and fetching & carrying.
