blunderbuss the costs of running a shop are horrendous buddy, i wouldnt charge a good/regular customer anything however transfers are almost always customers you only ever see when they are doing a transfer, and they buy little to nothing else the rest of the year. imo £25 is reasonable and its for the customer to decide if they would rather pay it or collect guns in person

if you dont like the charges all you have to do is get in your car and get driving, your choice!

yeah i have got business accounts with them as have most of my famillys, when my business manager comes back from holiday on monday ill start leaning on him to sort it out! really makes me want to move bank but i presume they are all as bad as each other!

we had a price but it did say if additional time is needed we will be notified. however ALL the extra time was due to countrywide not responding, so really its their fault! he originally booked it down to be 5 hours at £185 per hour and it ended up at 7 hours 45 mins. i dont know wether to complain now or wait until its all gone through so no body can slow it down to spite me and then complain!

i have a mortgage that is just going through at the moment. with hsbc you are forced to either use their solicitor or you pay an admin fee of £192. their solicitor (countrywide) has taken soo long to respond to my solicitor/not respond without bein chased most of the time, that come the completion next friday i am being charged an extra 2 hours labour than i would have been (£360 on top) so this means that through country wide i have had to pay £360 plus the £192 that i was charged for not using countrywide as my solicitor! i want to get this money back, has anyone had any dealings with any of the above? advice would be great?! i have already asked my solicitor to give me a letter saying that the reason for the extra charges was... and dates and times he has tried to contact countrywide!
