When one is dispatched another will move in to replace it...me and my mate have shot 16 in one 6 acre field and they still keep coming, but they are getting harder and harder to shoot..

I think there was something wrong with her...she just looked all sick...she didn't want to run she just slowly walked off and when I shouted she just stood there...she also had the very first sign of mange just a few patches....and she absolutely stunk...considering its a country fox and not urban one there was no challenge in dropping her...normally we have to work hard for all our foxes..

Went out rabbiting last night with the 17hmr and managed this small vixen She sat at about 20 yards just looking at me then started to walk off, a quick shout and she turned sideways and a well placed shot at about 30 yards put her down... Rich

We used rooftops to let ours out...no real issues but we then decided to do it ourselves and my mrs rents it to her cousin....only problem he's a scruffy so and so.... He just doesn't clean up after himself and with him being family I can't go round and tell him to sort his act out...but he pays on time every month..

no wasnt janet it was her side kick...just a 243 for some new deer stalking land, janet did phone me up tho later and refuse the variation as ive got a 223 for foxes but i put on my variation i wanted a 243 for fox and deer but she said i cant have a 243 for fox as ive already got a 223 for that...so she is sending it back to be altered to say just for deer..crazy!!! and ive got to provide letters from a mentor to say i know what im doing..even tho i had a 243 in 2011 that i used for deer stalking...but sold it due to not going very much but know i have a need for one again..

passed my car licence after about 10/12 lessons...failed first time passed second time.

need a 6 seater to take me and 5 others to gatwick airport im may for my wedding have been quoted £650 pick up and return back to manchester..dont really want to pay that but got no choice with the flight times and it would be over £600 in hotel rooms if we stayed the night before and used trains..so its a taxi/mini bus to lift and shift us..

on the same note ive just posted off my licence for a variation for a new deer rifle and ive been told off for not putting down on the form i have mods for each rifle i own..i just forgot...so ive had a warning lol.. she said "take this as a warning" i appologised and said id just forgot but she was on me like a rash!!! such is life... Rich.

Loads of cups of tea in the office...not a big drinker but will have a fosters or Stella from time to time...like a nice port tho.

Yea can be a pain but the local butcher does them for me £3 per bird plucked and dressed..

Last day of the goose season saw me and russ try to clean up a few more geese that are hammering the beet left out to feed the sheep...as its the last day of the season we thort we would make the most of it...the wind kept the geese moving so some testing shots...finished with 8 geese and a teal...
