  12. I have a bucket in my garage that i throw my pound coins into, this how i saved up for my watches, guns etc it took 5 years to get my daytona, currently saving for a rebreather so a few more inches to go. I hide it from the with tho!

I stand by what i said "I have yet to meet" not they are all the same, not they are all scum, etc etc. I had a house with 6 bedsits when i was in my early 20's and without exception they were all dire.Put me off forever, now i prefer those who are working,if you like its the first stage of our vetting process.
  15. I have yet to meet a dhss tenant i would lend a pound to never mind trust in my house. My mate have a substantial portfolio of dhss tenants and the damage is horrendous, one let a staffie eat the kitchen then did a bunk,im not saying privates are good as gold but we have been lucky up to press
  16. We have bought 5 over the last 3 years,we have bought a mixture of straight to rent and requires modernisation all in the south yorks area.Strictly no dhss and its grea.Only one disputed bond with the DPS and no missed rent, oru statergy is to make them nice and try to pick the right tenant.Returns are in the 8-12% gross.
  17. They were up at coniston last week showing it to invited traders and handing out lauch packs, cant be that far away now.
  18. Omega seamaster as others have said, one of the classic steel ones for the residuals,i would avoid a tag as the are often copied and this cheapens the brand, consider used to get further up the ladder.Buy well and you wont lose out. Also consider Battery or auto,a battery change will be 40/60 quid a year but an auto will need wearing daily or sitting on a winder I bought a Seamaster titainium in 2003 and its still worth what i paid and a rolex daytona the is already gaining ground faster than the same money in the bank, next i would like a submariner 116600,i think these will double in the next decade.
  19. Pay attention, learn how it works, learn the rules and keep your wits about you,A fool and his money etc.
