  1. Have a look at the Huawei mi-fi devices wouldn't call them cumbersome.
  2. I connect to the web via using my mobile as a hotspot or my mi-fi device which is great and offers brilliant 4g speeds pretty much everywhere I am, I use a pay as you go data sim on EE or Three, just get 1gb or 2gb cards, both of these I have found to offer the best coverage and I travel a lot widely throughout the south east. No need to have a sim card slot built in!
  3. I have the surface pro and love it. It does everything you want and more it can be a tablet or fully blown laptop capable of running high memory programs, the keyboard detaches nicely. No need to go mad with the hard drive space to keep the price down, just add a memory stick if you need it. Battery lasts well but depends on how much you use it I suppose.
  4. Sand isn't the best for a soak way, it clogs up very easily and as you're putting in a septic tank will clog up even quicker and you'll be doing a new soak way quicker than you anticipated! If not too late I wouldn't leave the hole open, chuck in what you've dug out, it'll take 20mins to dig out again but will hold the sides up so it doesn't all collapse.
  5. I'll be surprised if the hole stays open if left over night in this weather, I hope you're not in 2.2mtr hole with a spade straightening up the sides!! thats what the machines for. ballast the tank with water and a nice lean curb mix, anything wet will just lift the tank as you fill around around i, lay yourself a nice level base - using the machine and put the tank on it then, start the water and back filling. Don't overtake the water with the concrete. Have fun!
  6. what about just putting a simple T fitting on the existing pipe?

    New tyres

Just wondering if any of you guys run Cooper Discovery ST Maxx, currently have new shape ranger and tyres need to replaced soon. I have been thinking BFG A/T KO's but at the min I'm quite swayed by the coopers so would be interested in how the coopers have performed
  10. I'm currently look into some new tyres and so far the cheapest place I've found to be is 4x4tyres.co.uk - not used them yet so can't comment on service

    Cesspit

Jaymo, I'm pretty sure Klargester/Kingspan have offices and warehousing in France - give them a call, if not then I'm afraid you are reliant on delivery to France from the UK. I've not used them, personally I'm a bit old fashioned and prefer good ole pipe and shingle.

    Cesspit

As an accredited installer for Klargester I may be able to help and even might pass on my discount Send me a pm with some details, no of bedrooms you have to start with, do you have a waste disposal unit in your kitchen?
  13. I have the 2.2 ltd manual. Certainly wouldn't have this engine with an auto box, it lacks power and doesn't tow very well because of this. I had it remapped and its soooooo much better, much more torque and easier to drive (superchips) well worth a look and its increased my mpg, before I was lucky to get 27 solo now I get 28+ towing an 1800kg caravan. Overall though I love it, when it's up for renewal I'll be going 3.2 though. One thing, if you can afford the reversing camera option - get it, it's a great bit of kit especially if you tow and if you use it of road

    vaping

Cloud chasing doesn't help with the quitting process so to speak. It's the quitting process taken to the extreme by people trying to make as much vapour as possible by vaping sub ohm atomisers. Check out YouTube for more. There is no real point to it other than creating plumes of vapour.

    vaping

Same as Mick but I still vape and gave up the rollies 2yrs ago in May. Cloud chasing is not for the faint hearted imho. The vapour heat required burns like you've chain smoked 40 fags and makes me cough like I've smoked 60!!
  16. rugged & tough were doing discounted Harkila stuff in Jan. Out of the 2, I would recommend Harkila, yes, expensive but you do pay for what you get. I've had both and Harkilas sister company, Seeland, returned the new Woodcock Jacket the day after I bought as it was wetter on the inside than the out!
  17. Go outdoors were doing Meindl Bhutan reduced from 190 to 170 before Xmas. I bought a pair, great boot so far and comfy from the of
  18. Have to admit it was something that crossed my mind, hence the question. I'll keep having a search about and recommendations duly appreciated
  19. Anyone use the full body weeks from DJ Decoys, 10 for £25 seems a good deal?
  20. got a friend who has a small holding breeding chickens for showing and selling, near princes risborough bucks so probably a bit far for you?
  21. Yes I know but when I look on their website they don't stock or have listed the Dovre's, hence asking the question. I already have a pair of meindl trainer'ry type shoes which are excellent but I am curious on the boot fitment.
  22. Looking to buy a pair of these, was thinking Harkila but now set on these boots. As theres no where local to me that sells them so I can try a pair on for size I was hoping that you guys can help, do you have them half a size bigger or just order the size you are?
  23. i have an 06 model vivaro, with nearly 170k on the clock and has been as good as gold apart from std service parts etc, let me down once when the power steering pump went, my mate however has spent half the amount his transit cost keeping it on the road, 58 plate tipper.
