We all have a different level of gayness (for want of a better term ) in us .ranging from the totally camp to the most knuckle dragging hetro .its a sliding scale. I often work for a couple of blokes building at their house .fantastic guys .they dont for a second define them selves by their sexuality and as such i dont think of it and as such isnt relevant. = total acceptance. Rws super domes are often the best new alternative for older springers . Cheap enough and readily available It would be the first pellet id try in an old bsa springer. Without a doubt .

I always screw my feather edge boards in with 50 mm decking screws. Find they dont rust out .nails look poor after a few weeks. I only tend to put in 3 screws per board so not a massive time consumption .

Fair enough . Its just something ive looked into a few times before and dropped the idea cos it requires a big order of nails and i dont really use the long stuff much .i find screws more versatile.

The brads ie. 18 g and 16 g .yes But ring nails from 50 up to90 mm not so easy to find. And never in a builders merch

I use an air compressor for my nail guns . But i have 23 gauge .18 g .16 g and stapler . I dont have a 90mm nail gun . (Again cos the nails are too expensive when you have to buy gas with them that u dont need. ) Ps the guns are much much cheaper . Around £ 40 for a cheap one and £100 for a makita /dewalt etc .

Biggest issue is trying to buy the nails without buying the gas too , for a paslode .

Explaine to me why a mod on the end of a normal barrel on a sa. Could in any way effect the cycling of the cartridge. ?

No dont use em don't see the point .al carts sound the same past 50 yds ..at 200 yds its hard to tell that the noise was a gun shot . (Depends on the direction of shot and wind. )

I use in my 20b hush Gamebore black gold .32 grm no5 (loudest ) Nsi master .32 grm no6 .(bit quieter ) Gamebore regal .28 grm no6 .(same as above .) Nsi sipe .28 grm no6 (same above) They basically all sound the same at 50 yds. The black gold punch a bit harder in the shoulder and hit the crows hard too And are a touch louder at the gun ..just find a cart thats cheap enough and cycles well in your gun (nsi and gb.for me ) and enjoy. I also shoot ..410 hushers too .and the best cart for me by miles is the gamebore 16 grm no6 . Best compromise between cost .sound and kill ability .ie the cost the least Kill the best. And are the second quietest ive shot .
