Parked the jeep off the track, high above Inverness on Leys moor. Put the binos on a derelict cottage where I have seen roe grazing on the ancient garden area. There was a scantily dressed lady, well naked really, who at first glance, I thought was trying to climb the gable end of the cottage. On much, much closer inspection, I seen the photographer shooting his CAMERA at all angles. I could hardly believe I was watching a photo shoot, so had to check again and again and....now where did I put those pics...I wonder if they ever made it to a magazine,I kept looking.. john

They may very well have been in bed,try them now in opening hours and its probably best to speak to their parts department. There could be one from another gun close enough to modify to yours.

I remember reading about the 'New Russian threat' on a headline in a tabloid here,maybe twenty years past. Apparently it was brought here as an exotic plan for upmarket gardens and the seeds from it were spread along rivers and streams to become the'invasive' species it is today

Thanks ditchman great thread and a good result. That stock has been transformed. I have two BSA air rifles to do, now I know where to come for advice.

I have a big strong swimming Lab,now eleven, with a five month pup coming up behind. When I showed my wife the Chesapeake retrieve (with a lump in my throat and pride) she said, i would make him swim for it himself) women!! Although i can see where she's coming from.lol

Two completely different cases but still a parallel with an illegally held firearm(s) This lad who was a member of my club I believe, was neglectful of his responsibilities which led to him being in unlawful possession. Spot on LS,I hope the judge is lenient in this case. The fellow used what was to hand to protect his sister. We can only imagine what the criminals had in store for them. john

I live in the Highlands and have enjoyed most of the shooting disciplines,although I am hopeless at the clay pigeon's I am a retired engineer so have a bit more time to enjoy being out and about these days, mostly stalking of late. Been following some of your posts on PW, I think it was Viking's who has inspired me to dust down the old Greener and get back at the birds. Now where are those decoys.
