  1. If I lived wher you do I would get myself over to Elderkin in Spaulding. You won’t get a better gunshop and great range of OU. Look at this as it is a 101 by any other name. https://www.elderkinguns.co.uk/product/parker-hale-over-and-under/
  2. It’s worth looking at Winchester 101. Now dated but in good condition they are a joy, not too heavy and you can pick them up at a sensible price.
  3. This is a great initiative if you live within reasonable travelling distance; the kids love it with so much to do. I will be teaching fly tying again and the wildfowling club will be there too! Hope I might meet some off this site!
  4. Thompson can order in and cost me £40 for safe key
  5. Try and see Bill Harrimans experiment with a muzzle loader. No damage if I recall it correctly.
  6. If anybody would like to see the record of our trip it’s here. Thanks to Tim for recording an amazing day!
  7. Great offer for someone and I believe it’s fishing well just now. Many happy memories as a member of FFF Club!
  8. Jimmy’s are superb off road but the prices second hand ones are going for are ridiculous. We had to scrap my wife’s 2006 last year because of rust underneath. So if you go for one be bloody careful they are awful for rust, behind headlights, all inner sills, tool pan in the rear and rear wheel arches. i,would love another bit for the money I am not convinced they are good value any more. I want something to,supplement my van and for the same money as a Jimny have a lot of other choices including freelander.
  9. Trawling of any type in that area is not permitted and apparently the skate are making a massive come back. My nephew caught one of about 1lb on his light gear too. no not tagged
  10. I haven’t used on pigeon but very happy with Eley Ecosteel on pheasant so you don’t have to worry about wads
  11. Let me think about that….errr no thanks! Good luck with the sale!
  12. Shame you are the opposite end of the country!
