3ccc for me covers sub 12 and FAC

I have CZ 457 and my shooting partner has Anschutz. His Anschutz had to go back , not accurate, very noisy . Came back far better but he still says my CZ is more accurate , smother bolt action , easy to handle , goes to the shoulder with ease. Another mate has just got one and once again bolt is not that smooth . Is it worth £300 more , not a chance

But like I said with this night vision scope it all most useless in day time I reckon these groups would tighten up to around 10 mm mark at 65 yards

Well ZAN sent me few hundred.177 slugs to try 11.2 gr . HW100 k didn’t like them to much , low power . Next up BSA ultra , only trouble this is night time set up with pulsar N870lrf which is not that good during day time . I imagine these groups would be a lot tighter with a day scope on . tried from 30 -65 yards and pic shows at 65 yards with night vision scope ultra running at 11.3 with these , bit heavy at 11.2 gr in sub 12 but ZAN hopefully will be making slugs around 10 gr mark

When I first applied for my FAC 2018 I had a open license straight of for .22 & .25 air after a few months put in variation for .22lr and 17 HMR and asked if they would be opened as well , answer was can’t see why not . So ask for what you would like and you never know !!

Most police forces have open for FAC air . This what I got told by Dorset and Devon &cornwall . .22 FX crown FAC air is absolutely brilliant 500 mm barrel can have it shooting @42 ftlbs 950 fps with ZAN slugs and with in 30 seconds have it shooting under 12 ftlbs with pellets . often shoot this out to 120-130 yards with ZAN 21 gr slugs so accurate as well . I use this gun more than any other, including.25 impact , .22 lr , 17 HMR and sub 12 guns

If the land is bigger enough then why not . Has the land been past for FAC do you know , if not you will need to have it past buy the fao most police forces will give you a open ticket for FAC air

.25 @ 970 fps with 33 gr ZAN slug Had it running @ 985 but tuned it to 970 fps with the 33 slugs

Yes they work just as good as Hawke ones . Had two hawke ones each lasted about 13 months. Decided to buy one of the cheaper version £35 and still working after 3 years

I use my pard 007 on ffp scopes with no problem at all

But you can’t shoot up into trees , barns , close to house, field with horses in list goes on and on Yes every gun has it use , but a decent FAC air .22 will cover everything from 20-130+ yards using a mixture of different weights of pellets & slugs . like I said I also have 17 HMR, .22lr

Yep, I can with my 17 hmr more choice with ammo with FAC air from 13 3 gr pellet all the way upto 40 gr slug . FAC air has more advantages over .22 rimfire that’s for sure and I have FAC air .22 , .25 , 17 HMR and .22lr and my most used gun is .22 FAC FX crown

FAC air is more versatile than rimfire my FX crown .22 is running at 41.5 ftlbs with 21g ZAN slug , accurate as hell with 5 slugs with in a inch (25mm) @ 130 yards and not far of the same @150 yards . with in seconds including adjusting the scope I can turn it down to shoot sub 12 with pellets and still accurate at 60+ yards . Can’t do that with .22lr !!

Imo FX mk3 wildcat sniper .22 would be the way to go . Running @ 950 FPS with ZAN 21 gr slugs or H&N slugs or 940 ish with 18 gr pellet These setting are what I run my .22 FAC crown 500mm barrel on Yes definitely a impact as well . Mine .25 impact is running @ 975-980 FPS with 33gr ZAN slugs or 34 gr H&N slugs will be doing a variation for mk3 wild cat as well sniper version

Wast of time as the action is noisier

Send it off to Paul short or Geoff bullock it will come back a totally different gun and the do the trigger as well

700 mm sniper impact would be my choice. Absolutely accurate even at 150 yards using ZAN slugs
