Hi Mollie and welcome Murray
-
If there is a S/A Club I`ll join/support it, Beretta 12 G A301 and B80 20G, both shoot well on clays/PC and Pigeons/rabbits and be safe but pick up yr cartridge cases to avoid grief.

Helicopter borne assault from deep water is an exceptionally risky business in today`s ISR and missile environment, even at low altitude. Whether you think you have local Air superiority or not, you stand a bloody good chance of losing yr Assault teams, aircrew and helicoptor and possibly yr "Copter carrier" in one go. Are these Hospital ships?

They arent barges, landing barges are flat bottomed, its propaganda as that deep water hull form wont work in shallow water. Chinese can shut down Taiwan in v short order by sanctioning Semi-conductor raw materials anyway, and as for beating the US as they cross 4000 miles of the Pacific, its not like the Chinese wont see them coming is it, so not really a problem with hypersonic missiles/Carrier killers. Anyhow the US is a maritime power, notoriously sensitive to casualties, China has a massive and well eqipped groundforce with minimal sensitivity wrt casualties, so what would happen to the US Army if it did get ashore? After 22 years in MoD, which has qualified me in detecting political BS when I see/hear it, I am more worried about the disapearance/capability of the British Army/Navy and RAF and the future effects of Rachell Reeves and Granny harmer on our armed forces........

I often use express 16 gram steel 71/2 shot, if I and my ol hammer gun or ancient Miruke do our bit we break edge on clays at 40 yards n a bit no problem or appreciable recoil, not so good in my semi auto Beretta tho, so Express 24 grm fibre Superlights 8 shot do exactly the same job with a similar lack of recoil.

Had two bitches a cple of years ago, a Plummer terrier called Juk, think I spelled it wrong as she junked everything she came across, large or small. alive or dead, A beddie from Terry Ahern called Scrap to who scrapped my new sofa/rabbits/chickens/rats/neighbours dog/cat. Dunno if I would have another except that life isnt the same without a terrier about the place.

Apparently SSRI anti-depressants help to trigger these behaviours, causing seemingly real violent fantasies, paranoia, irrational hatreds and suicidal fixations. Drug companies make a lot of money out of these drugs which might help to explain why they are still available. The profit motive is very strong in the USA.

10 year ticket and all this stuff goes away, maybe Govt doesnt want this process to work

EU and Uk leaders out of touch with public opinion. Time for a reset.

EU and UK leaders do seem very much in touch with the US Govt. and Large American and Global Corporations though, makes a body wonder just who are they are all working for? It doesnt seem to be the native electorate in any meaningful way. Are the left and right just two cheeks of the same global rear end, rendering UK party politics irrelevant? We certainly do live in interesting times. -
My boy has a 6500 mc Trap Gun, sporterised with a Grand European game stock. Beautiful gun, handles beautifully too, I used to own a B2G and the Winchester was superior in everyway, handling, finish, wood/metal fit. Anyhow B2G sold and replaced with a grade 3 Miroku 3700S game gun, as 95% as good as the B2G for 1/6th of what I was paid for the B2G. Conclusion? Japanese make very good guns and value is more important than status.

Kinda shows that 2 tier Keir has a sense of humour, no brains but a sense of humour
