Sorry my friend where is nppc forum sporting pictures to be found then? Just looked at the website cant see forum or sporting pictures Does however say pigeon, corvid and rabbit only to be shot from static hide........ however i guess nobody would mind if you got your silly socks rat decoys out

I suppose everyone could work out their average bag but we would all be different. Depends on where you shoot, how much time you put in watching the fields, what kit you use, how good a shot you are ....the list is endless. As long as you are enjoying it and dont mind the odd blank day you wont go far wrong

Sorry dutyfox but you wont find many NPPC members shooting rats. You have to shoot from a hide according to the rules and regs. Clues in the title National PIGEON and Pest Cotrol

Up on a "North Yorks moor" last year which is heavily managed for grouse i often saw a pair of merlins and short eared owl. Never believe the hype.

Barnies my favourite but they fly too low to ground and loads are killed on roads. Picked one up still alive last year and looked after it for a couple of days before releasing it

i use one of those rucksacs that doubles as a seat, okay if you are travelling fairly light with sillos

Tried it tonight but only had fois gras and creme freche in place of the cream but absoloutly superb!!!!!

Good stuff friend. My little girls 2 and she loves to pass me pigeons and game to sort out when i get back. She even knows where the pigeon fields are when we are out in the car!!!

My coker put up a mallard off ten eggs yesterday but i guess they are early nesters. Also have a blackbird building nest in garden which seems early

Saw first one of the year yesterday; Looked after a swift last year that had a damaged wing, funny little thing and had tiny feet with all the toes pointing same way. Dont need feet as such as they spend all year on the wing virtually.

When i was a nipper i found one and brought it home and kept it for a year. After having it for two weeks it gave birth to half a dozen little ones!! It seemed to like small white slugs as i remember.
