yanibaby
The potato has to be really, really soft inside, but quite crispyish on the outside, filled with sour cream is nice.... But also, with tuna-mayo (but with salad cream NOT mayonnaise) red onion and cheese.
Bleeh
Baked beans with far, far, FAR to much cheese.

PaulABF
Bake the potatoes until cooked. Scoop out insides and mix with finely chopped onion, cheese and red pepper. Add salt, pepper and an egg yolk and mix well. Return to skins, bake for another 10 minutes and eat.
AIRARMSTX200
i love cheese with a spud but it has to be extra mature and eaten raw i cant stand melted cheese. also beans = curry = tuna
alexr
Malc, you watch those fat laden fillings. They are not good for your cholesterol. Though i have to say the finely chopped onion and cheese sounds GOOD. If I were you I would stick to the low sugar low salt ( no taste) beans, Sorry mate. You could add a big blod of chili sause to the beans though. or perhaps onion tuna and low fat hellmans
