jay00_3
Bought 250 of the above today at £55 was just wondering what I was in for? Anyone used them? Thanks, Jay
MC
The recoil on them is very strange, More of a slap than a push if that makes any sense. You will know what I mean when you fire them. Other than that they kill well.
Fatcatsplat
I use them all the time and think they are a great budget round that do the job well

tomhw100
Hey guys I changed from Rc sipe's (32 6's) to the fiocchi pigeon's due to them being a lot cheaper! What a mistake! I think there rubbish as i shoot 28" barrels i've had to start shooting 1/2 and 3/4 chokes for anything over 30 yards (especialy crows) they are a lot slower than Sipes (about 8 ft per second slower apparently) which is a hell of a lot. I bought mine from Eastern sporting and the bloke-not Alan mind you, said he didn't really no a lot about them-good sales tactics!. Ill definatley be going back to the Sipes once i'm through with these!

John_R
(about 8 ft per second slower apparently) which is a hell of a lot. 8 feet per second is next to nothing by the time the shot reaches your target. The difference in forward allowance would surely be hardly a few centimetres.

Ill definatley be going back to the Sipes once i'm through with these! Go ahead and buy Sipes, top cartridge. Some would say they are a bit pricey for everyday pigeon shooting. Usual retail price will be about £60 a slab. You've got the hooks in. 8fps is nothing, it's meaningless. The Fiochhi 32g pigeon are available in felt and plastic wad. The plastic wad are the better of the two. Sorry guys, I know some on here are felt wad hero's. If you can get the PL30 in plastic that's the one to buy. I have noticed i have to give them a hell of a lot more lead=maybe its just the way i shoot. cheers Tom

The Eley HB pigeon cartridegs are great and are cheaper Hull Special Pigeon are another great cartridge I used to use clear pigeons until I found the hull special pigeons which were alot better and then I found the Eley HB pigeons which are even better and I have not found a cartridge as good since

Gamebore , Eley , Express, Hull Cartridge, Fiocchi , all do their own load pigeon cartridges. Look on the websites of these firms and search the numerous posts on here and make your mind up. It won't matter an iota, all of them will kill pigeon consistently. Personally, I think the Eley 32g 6.5 shot HB Pigeon is the best of the lot but that is just my opinion. If money was no object I would use Sipe 32g 7's or Hull Sterling Game 32g no.6 on woodpigeon either in a plastic or photo-degradable wad.
