Did anyone see the guy on countryfile the other week, seemed a good way also of breasting and also getting the legs. Can't seem to find it on u tube.

That was Mike robinson, seems a waste of meat to me as they just left the leg meat

I did two on Monday evening that had been shot on Saturday.

The hen was perfect, the cock was an absolute mess, and fit only for ferrets.

I was looking forward to trying the pheasant breasts with cider too.

Looks a nice quick way to get the crown but the legs will still require skinning or plucking

Pigeons I just put both my thumbs in the crop and pull the breast away from the neck and the whole breast turns inside out and skinned

Took me about 6 mins to do 10 pigeons for a friend.

Rabbits aren't to bad to skin it's relatively quick and straight forward.
