anser2
If you feel like splashing out try one of the Redhead ( American ) jackets. I got one last year and cannot fault them in any way. They are a jacket made for shooting rather than a jacket that is used for shooting. At £150 they are not cheap , but breathable , waterproof , magnetic pockets , neoprean cuffs so no more rain running up your sleves , light and come in a range of realtree patterns. Dodgemball
I like wax jackets and was wondering if anyone did a camouflage wax jacket so decided to google it. To my surprise I struck gold and found that Dickies did one along with matching wax camo over trousers. Dickies have an excellent name for themselves for quality hardwearing workwear so I purchased a pair of each from Visit My Website For both the jacket and trousers it came to less than £70 delivered and I have since had the chance to test them out in some pretty nasty weather where they could't be faulted for both warmth and waterproofness. They are certainly worth a look and I have done the hard work for you as the link I've included is the cheapest retailer I could find. All the best and I hope you get sorted out. burntout
+1 for wax jackets. They're pretty cheap and always look smart....plus the smell reminds me of me old man and shooting as a kid. I'll be getting one shortly to compliment my Deerhunter Gamestalker which is a little thin for these brisk months.

Cosd
I have the English oak Jack Pyke Jacket, not expensive (compared to many) very warm, weatherproof, and excellent quality. Gone through brambles and snagged thorns many times, no rips or even a mark on the material. They are also very quiet which is important. Highly recomended. http://www.surreyfieldsports.co.uk/hunters...df19eef4701f7eb Edited December 17, 2009 by Cosd

ziplex
Depends what you want but for the cold and when it's a bit hostile the Harkila Prohunter is a fantastic jacket but expensive. It's too hot for warmer conditions but for that the cheap army surplus DPM gortex camo for about £20 takes some beating.....windproof/waterproof/breathable and tough. I ordered a big size and can fit a fleece underneath if needed
