alexr
In Matsumoto in the Japanese alps where they grow wasabi they also make ice cream with it. Just as an aside the traffic lights there play music when its safe to cross

majordisorder
Love Wasbi, try "Sushi roulette". 1) Make a load of your own sushi rolls 2) Fill three or four rolls with copious quantities of Wasbi 3) Mix them up and give to your dinner party guests 4) See who starts crying first
Wookie
Sushi is awesome!!! I can't get enough of it. Every time I get to London, Mrs. Wookie and I partake of a trough-full and when we were in SF, we had a load there too. It's the best food in the world. I wonder if you could use pigeon in sushi... Chris Bb
Local pub sells wasabi nuts, cracking! Wish I could find where to but them at not such eye-watering prices, will have to search local ethnic food emporia.

njc110381
It's actually quite nice. Kind of like horseradish but tastes a bit like mustard. It works well if you're not stupid enough to eat a teaspoon sized chunk of it in one go!
