Right, for the pigeon shooters with a S/A:

Anyone had a 1-2-3 (or for the FAC 4-5-6-7-8?) left, middle and right?

I've only ever had one and the 3rd pigeon dropped in the wheat and I couldn't find it...!

How many have you had?

EDIT: (oh yeah and please be honest :good: I know there are a few fishermen out there  )

Don't do that much on the pigeons, but done it on the rabbits a few times, once whilst I was out with a pal who borated me for taking 3 shots to kill a bunny, until I told him to look closer at the 3 bodies!!

And 2 pheasants with ONE shogun shot once.......

Sorry...I'll leave it to all you PIDGEONERS now, was that the Malapropism?? :good:

ATB!!!

I should be so lucky!! Only ever had a couple of left and rights; with one 2 for the price of 1. But you will be the first to know should I ever achieve such a feat......One pigeon would be nice at the mo, as there is not a lot about on my permission :hmm:

Twice had 5 duck for a 1-2-3. First time it was 2 wigeon with the first shot , 1 with the second and a planed 2 with the third as they crossed . The second occasion I took 2 wigeon with the first shot , 2 with the second and a teal with the third. Also had 2 wigeon with the first shot and one with the next 2 shots. Also had 3 pink feet fly over me on the way of the marsh and got the lot for 3 shots. Yet to get a tripple on pigeon , though Its rare for me to use my semi auto when pigeon shooting.

I have put 11+ but not all of them have been on pigeons. I took a 1-2-3 at grey crows coming into roost one night. I have done it on numerous occasions on jackdaws/rooks coming to decoys and I have done it a few times at pigeons coming into roost.

:good: One of my mates asked me why i needed a 5 shot one day, as we walked round a corner a whole load of piggies flew out of the trees, there were at least 50+ and I managed 5 for 5.....that answered his question, its not that difficult if you pick your targets carefully and dont shoot indiscriminately.

I also shot into a very dense flock lifting off a feild and did 18 birds with 5 shots!!! again my targets were picked carefully but the pellets took out far more than I expected!!!

I did a cool combo once too, 2 pigeons flew out of a tree, I fired, got them both and the shots scared 3 squirrels in a tree which I also managed to get all 3!!!
