UkShootwarehouse?

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks.

I have lost all confidence in internet shopping - i am currently being shafted by #######.##.## - (cant spell it correctly as site will not let me!).

Ordered some bits and usual problems, not returning calls - its in the post blaa blaa.

So please tell me your positive reviews of ukshootwarehouse and give me the confidence to re-order what i should have recieved from the other shower of ##### - a £200 item is about to cost me £400 now  - the mrs will kill me, i am waiting by the letter box every day to gate the bank statement first :good:

Thanks.

I found Matt the best to deal with but someone said he has gone.............

I had a problem with my bouncers and I did pick up the phone but they did not get back to me. I notice the bouncers are a different design now!

In general I think their kit is good but the key to a good company is how they sort out any problems.............. my bouncers are not good!

The only downside is their postage it seems to cost £9.50 all the way through not so bad if a large order but any small order you are paying as much as thing you are buying, which takes my business somewhere, the postage is appropriate to the size of the parcel !!!! . They really should sort that out rather than have a very lazy one price for all . Excellent quality on their products though .

with the other company that you bought from i would take it to trading standards, long range seller law. if they have posted it then they should have proof of postage with at least the post code on the receipt. if not then its there problem still. until the goods are in your hand then its the sellers responsibility and them that have to take it up with who ever they chose to use to send it with. trading standards will tell you it all and how to word a letter the the company.

as for UK-SW, i have never had a problem. order before midday and i tend to get goods 24hrs later. always helpful on the phone as well.

NOTE to UK-SW do i get 20% off now for the thumbs up.hehe

all the best with the other people.

kind regards

Phil.

I have always found UKSW to be extremely helpful and on the odd occassion when things have been missed from an order it has always been sorted within 24 hours. They even bunged in some silos once when I messed up an order and paid for the postage twice, which I thought was a nice touch on their behalf. Personally I don't think you can go too far wrong UKSW.

there is a very simple answer to that, I'm assuming they send everything by courier and that is the minimum charge. It doesn't help you and if anyone from them reads this and wants a better option pm me and I'm sure I can point them in the right direction.
