Cookiemonsterandmerlin.
Mine would be out shooting on a hot july day and and katie perry coming along and giving me some advice on shooting Cheers OTH
ollie
My ideal day is seeing my gundog work and work well. Throw into that a really good retrieve and the day is complete. Also if you have a very good shot at a sporting bird is makes the day perfect.

rimfire4969
Just like today, 6 guns all very good company, taking the micky etc. seeing my dog work well and retrieve a few good one seeing some great birds and me having a few including a (if i say so myself) very good shoot at a woodcock seen by a few of the guns. Packed lunch with a bottle of port. To top it of snow on the ground. Now thinking about the day, large glass of red in my hand in front of the fire with my dog fast asleep by my feet. Very hard to beat.
