Luftgewehr100
Hi there, I am Jürgen from Heidelberg, 48 years and shooting FT in Germany for 1 year. I like this sport very much and would be happy if we had such a lively scene in Germany as You have in GB. Perhaps I can get to know some interesting HFT an FT shooter here in this forum. I have a Weihrauch HW100 and a CZ200T that is similar to the AA200T, both with a Hawke scope on them. Jürgen

Luftgewehr100
Thanks for the Willkommen. Seems that You can speak German so my next post ... werde ich auf Deutsch schreiben . Meine 1. Frage: Are there HFT/FT-clubs that offer a week of intensive training for "tourists"? I am looking for a club with a trainer and many members with a nearby guesthouse to improve my skills. Doing pestcontrol/rabbithunting at night would complete my first airgun-holidays. So, any ideas? I would prefer the south of England due to distance. Sorry that I can't help with the ideas for a shooting holiday but good luck in your searches. Mike

There are loads of FT and HFT clubs dotted around the UK, a quick search on the UKHFT website should help you here. With any luck, there are PW members in the south who could help you out with a spot of lamping too. When are you thinking of coming over? All the best Duncan :yp:

Luftgewehr100
There are loads of FT and HFT clubs dotted around the UK, a quick search on the UKHFT website should help you here. ... When are you thinking of coming over? Hi all, thanks again for the friendly welcomes here in the forum. I already feel at home at pw . I was thinking of coming to GB in springtime as the weather then will be nicer. I already know the site of UKHFT but I imagine that the clubs are not open for daily training (at least in Germany it's like this) but just only once or twice a week. And I can't be a regular member in the club but just a paying guest shooter for a week. I would really appreciate if a club/trainer/member read this thread and get in touch with me for an intensive shooting holiday. Best regards from Germany Jürgen @Duncan I read about Valenzgrammatik at Wikipedia, but didn't understand anything . I believe that it was langweilig! The Duncan
Hi Juergen, Valenzgrammatik = tote Hose! If you manage to organise a airgunning holiday over here, I'm about 50 miles N of London and should at least be able to take you lamping. I'm not really into FT or HFT anymore, so come on guys, is there a club that opens daily for practise. I've heard of Pete's Airgun Farm, I remember once you've paid a fee and been accepted, you can turn up to practise daily. http://www.airgunfarm.co.uk/ In essex, so fairly southern - could be worth a look and a call? All the best Duncan
