You're already on the way to the Doctors with whiplash right? Pain in neck / shoulder and you feel 'tight'? Get yourself checked out pronto sir, I know the blame culture is rife but this isn't an example of it, you've clearly been in a quite serious incident and are in discomfort, go get yourself looked at by a professional. Months off work with an injury as a result of someone's inattention isn't any fun.

Its illegal for you to "sell your claim" to someone as you dont have a licence to do so, if the solicitor representing you would pay for it when you dont have said licence I wouldnt want them representing me anyways as they are shady.]

Many claims companys will contact you but none of them will be solicitors they just pass your details on and make money off you. Hit me up with a PM if you want some info, actually work for a SOLICITOR who works in this area. :good: best of luck mate

I tell you something that pis*** me off about this.

When you go to insure your car next time you will be asked if you have been in an accident since you last insured your car. When you say yes but it was all someone else's fault so their insurance paid out.

Your insurance will still go up this time because you drive in an area where you are likely to have a crash. What a Fu***** rip off once again.

My son recently had his BMW parked out side his house on a hill during the recent snow. Someone came down the hill, couldn't stop and panicked so used the BMW to crash into to stop.

Now he can`t get any money out of the bloke because he`s skint and has no insurance and my son has been told by his insurance company of the above so he`s really pis*** off. It took him eight years to save for that BMW and now the boot is in the back seat.

Must be something in the air at the moment, I went out to my driving school car on Monday and some scumbag has raked the side of the car, gouged and dented front door, rear panel and even the rear alloy wheel - was a red car (left a fair bit of paint behind) … and just driven off the horrible scum.

I'm glad you walked away and it's a blessing your kids weren't with you - that really was danger close to the lampost!!!
