steve_b_wales
Looks good mate. I particulary like mono photo's, especially when I'm taking photo's of my grandkids etc. Steve.
tignme
Your mono photo is how woodies see us so why do we bother with all the camo ****.
The Duncan
I thought they (as with birds generally) saw in colour. I know rabbits are colour blind, as are most mammals.
stubby
Your mono photo is how woodies see us so why do we bother with all the camo ****. because different shades of camo, will appear as the same shades of real plants/tree's bushes, a bit like urban camo, it'll all blend in together
OddJob
Think you need to play with 'curves' in PS a bit more as it doesn't stand out enough. Might help with a bit more of a background blur as well.
deputy dog
Got to say mate, credit where its due their very nice pictures indeed. Though i do prefer the 1st colourd one. The pigeon is sharp an crystal clear in the center and good detail of the bird is shown through. Obviously a man who knows what he's doing witha camera. :good:

docholiday
Like both, possibly crop in a bit on the colour to punch the bird out a bit more ?/ Great photo
The Duncan
I thought so! Eyesight: Pigeon eyesight is excellent. Like humans, pigeons can see color, but they also can see ultraviolet light—part of the light spectrum that humans can’t see. Pigeons are sometimes used in human search-and-rescue missions because of their exceptional vision.
